Sims Pond Biological Reserve (email) (website) NW corner of Loynes and Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, CA 90803 Details: Originally a salt-water marsh fed by sea water, Sims Pond Biological Reserve is now a fresh-water marsh and seasonal pond fed by a urban run-off from a local golf course.
